A high-speed vertical machining centre is a VMC engineered with a direct-drive or electric motorised spindle and optimised motion dynamics to compress cycle time on precision components. The Stallion WIN Series wraps a purpose-built spindle box around the direct-drive spindle to fully exploit its dynamic envelope, with three-axis ball screws supported in a 3-front, 2-rear bearing configuration for thermal stability across long high-speed cycles. Three models, BT-40 / BT-50 / HSK A63 options, spindle speeds to 16,000 rpm.
