A multi-tasking machine completes turning, milling, drilling, boring, tapping and grinding on one workpiece in a single clamping — eliminating the tolerance stack-up, handling time and work-in-progress of multi-machine production routes. The Stallion MT Series is a 5-axis vertical turning and milling platform engineered around this principle: a movable double-column structure with three-axis linear guides, a high-rigidity tool spindle with HSK-T100 or CAPTO C8 interface, and a B-axis indexing mechanism with 0.001° accuracy — letting complex valve bodies, automotive components, aerospace parts and precision turned-milled hybrids be finished complete in one setup. Two models: MT760 (Ø950 swing) and MT1000 (Ø1150 swing).
