A 5-axis machining centre adds two rotary axes to the conventional three linear axes, allowing the cutting tool to approach the workpiece from virtually any angle in a single setup. The Stallion Five-Axis Series uses direct-drive or electric motorised spindles up to 15,000 rpm with rotary-axis indexing accuracy as fine as 8 arc-seconds — engineered for impellers, wheel hubs, gears, cams, aerospace structural parts, and any complex contoured geometry that conventional 3-axis machining cannot economically produce.
